while drawing in a variety of mediums is currently my primary mode of artistic expression i have also explored other approaches such as artist books, large-scale installations, sculpture, and photography. while some of these modes have been more experimental, some were driven by the concept behind the work such as the united states of Kraft, which explored a hypothetical exploration of what the breakdown of the mostly man made ingredients of Kraft products (one of the largest US food manufacturers). these were presented in a “family tree” style painted on repurposed food boxes using only red white and blue paint.
