I have been having ongoing issues with the company that I print my guidebooks through. In the past year every order I’ve made has arrived with most of the books containing scuff marks, dented corners, and imprints on the covers. I have been trying to contact the company several times with no response. I am hoping to find another source to get these books from at some point, but for now I will be offering a 15% discount to account for the slight damages.
